JOSAM's in-house automated process: magnetic-levitation fiber laser cutting, 4-axis tube cutting, Salvagnini/AMADA bending, NCT punching, TIG/MIG/aluminium robotic welding and powder coating — held to international manufacturing standards for consistent dimensions and finish at volume.

Design & planning

Store design planning and ODM/OEM development — drawings through prototyping in one place.

Laser cutting

Maglev fiber laser 1510×3020 mm, 4-axis tube cutting up to 6400 mm. No MOQ.

Sheet-metal forming

Salvagnini automated bending, AMADA digital press brake (10 ft), unmanned roll forming.

Punching & forming

NCT servo-hydraulic punching — press, form and tap in a single pass.

Robotic welding

TIG/MIG/aluminium robotic welding cells, reinforced by OTC manual welding.

Powder coating

Up to L5500×W600×H1800 mm across three booths for a consistent finish.

Assembly & delivery

Kitting, packing, our own delivery fleet and on-site installation.

Consistent quality

The automated line keeps load rating, dimensions and finish identical batch to batch, delivered on time.
