What does JOSAM manufacture?
JOSAM focuses on four product lines: gondola shelving (wire-mesh back, flat back, pegboard, slatwall, wholesale format and produce displays), storage racks (4-tier, heavy-duty racking, boltless angle), industrial sheet metal and display OEM/ODM (electrical enclosures, precision cabinets, industrial drawers, equipment housings), and vertical lift modules (VLM).
Do you offer OEM/ODM customisation?
Yes. JOSAM has a dedicated R&D department providing end-to-end OEM/ODM customisation — store design planning, drawings, prototyping and mass production — which shortens development time and reduces the risk of costly iterations. There is no minimum order quantity.
Where are your factories, and what is your capacity?
JOSAM manufactures in Changhua, Taiwan and has done so since 1990. Three plants total 34,366 m²: the Changhua plant (6,688 m², distribution warehouse and kitting centre), Lukang Plant I (14,455 m², gondola shelving and the powder-coating line) and Lukang Plant II (13,223 m², manufacturing, kitting and container dock, scheduled for completion in late 2026).
What automated equipment do you run?
Our in-house automated line includes magnetic-levitation fiber laser cutting (1510×3020 mm), 4-axis tube cutting (up to 6400 mm), Salvagnini and AMADA automated bending, NCT servo-hydraulic punching, TIG/MIG/aluminium robotic welding, and a powder-coating line handling up to L5500×W600×H1800 mm — keeping load rating, dimensions and finish consistent across every batch.
